Procurement costs compression (PCC) for a regional leader in telecommunications
CEMI put together a procurement cost compression (PCC) program for the regional branch of a global telecom. Furthermore, CEMI oversaw the implementation of the cost reduction measures.
Within the scope of the project, CEMI performed a full overview of procurement costs and processes, prioritized the procurement areas, made tangible proposals for cost optimization, and provided operational assistance in the implementation of those proposals. Realized savings were more than EUR 40 million.
