It can also include analysis of cost reduction options, revamping sales system and methodology, assessment of business and organizational units, location decisions, operational models. Setting mid- and long-term goals, summary of organizational development, and finding the optimal financial structure are other strategic issues that CEMI would review.
- Business plan – overview of business strategy backed by facts and figures. Key issues are the identification of profit levers, exploring different scenarios and setting performance expectations for business units, products, sales channels, activities, organizational units and locations.
