Corporate restructuring of a district central heating company in the region
CEMI prepared the turnaround program for one of the big district central heating companies in the region. Furthermore, CEMI oversaw and managed the implementation of the restructuring.
During the diagnostics phase CEMI prepared a full overview of the company and identified the inefficiencies in the system. CEMI revamped the company’s organizational structure, and optimized the inefficient processes and human resources. CEMI was an active participant in the subsequent implementation of the turnaround program, providing active operational support and know-how.
