Improvement of sales channels for a regional leader in banking and finance
Based on a complex, software-backed valuation method developed in-house, CEMI assessed the branch-network of a major player in banking in Central and Eastern Europe. CEMI’s proprietary solution also allowed the ranking of branches’ performance.
CEMI oversaw and coordinated the field research and the collection of records at the bank’s branch network. In the next stage of the process, CEMI prepared the support materials for the management and suggested sales process improvements in the branch network.
